Test your strength in this competition that’s been hosted by New Directions Health and Fitness Club. Registration begins at 9a.m. Competition starts at 10a.m. 11 divisions- 8 for men, 2 for women, and a Masters. Entry fee is $25 by August 1st, Registration after 8/1 is $30. All participants will receive a shirt and awards will be given to the 1st place winner of each division.
There will be 10 Divisions, 7 for Men and 3 for Women. Participants must be age 13 or older. Participants 18 and under must have a parent/guardian signed liability form to compete.
